It is extremely rare, but If anything is faulty when it arrives to your home, we will replace it free of charge at the earliest opportunity.
All manufacturing faults or structural problems reported within 12 months will be repaired back to manufacturing standards by Ecomaster.
If the problem cannot be repaired, a full replacement will issued free of charge.
